The Suria JVD Journey
Our partnership with various established UPS manufacturers, principals and distributors has led to our network clientele as UPS vendor for reputable medical diagnostic equipment manufacturers, i.e. Roche Diagnostics, Beckman Coulter, Johnson & Johnson, Wavelink Diagnostic, DPC, etc for their medical In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) range of analyzers.
We have secured Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and technical support outsourcing contract from Roche for their Point of Care & Diagnostic Lab product range since 2012. Currently we have also benefited from Pathology Asia Holdings Project becoming their main UPS supplier for all their laboratories and affiliated partners.
After years of serving as a reliable vendor for Roche, Suria JVD has gained much experience and confidence in providing good and reliable support for an outsourced technical support center.
Suria JVD is registered with MDA and certified under Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) as well as Establishment License for In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Medical Device Classification System.
Driven by desire to improve further, Suria JVD ventured into the IT industry, teaming up with Avodaq as their local technological partner & support center. Avodaq, a German/Singapore based SI, is a worldwide Master Partner for Cisco.
The aim is to provide customers with IT end-to-end solutions — from Unified Communications to classic data networks and corresponding security, coupled with the best hardware and most up-to-date software.
